Booking information
At Villa Amani, Luxury Villa Kuta Lombok’s dedicated team is committed to ensuring a seamless and stress-free travel experience for guests. Reservation Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Full Payment:
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 30-60 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Check-in/Check-out Times:
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure, subject to a property inspection.
Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum occupancy for Villa Amani is 6 adult guests. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.
No Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited outside the villa but not inside the bedrooms. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made and approved by management.
Housekeeping:
Daily housekeeping services are included. Additional services, such as laundry or personal chef services, can be arranged at an extra cost.
Damages:
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
Please note that breakfast is not provided at Villa Amani. However, the villa is conveniently located close to numerous cafes and restaurants. The villa features a fully stocked mini bar and offers complimentary water, fruit, tea, and coffee. Additionally, the villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, water machine, stove, toaster, rice cooker, and other amenities for your convenience.
