Personal trainers can be booked through our team and have a range of activities and exercise routines such as HIIT, TRX and more. HIIT is a based High-Intensity Interval Training program that combines simple and effective movements bringing you a fun and total body workout in only 45 minutes of class. HIIT will make your body feel utterly alive at the end of the training with a ratio of 20 seconds ON and 10 seconds OFF to perform each movement. Classes are for all levels of Fitness as our experienced instructors offer you a safe range of movements.
